Acontece neste domingo (1º) a primeira edição do festival de carnes nobres Boi and Beer Fest 2019 promovida pelo açougue moderno Boi and Beer, localizado na Praça da Ucrânia. Os pratos serão preparados pelos MasterChefs Victor Bourguignon e Rodrigo Domingues, mais conhecido como Tenente, e J. Butcher. O festival será realizado das 12h às 20h, na Allegro Festas e Eventos, em Santa Felicidade, com capacidade para até 300 pessoas. O trio ainda ministrará, durante o evento, três workshops sobre preparo de parrila, costela fogo de chão e pit smoker (defumador).
O Boi and Beer Fest 2019 foi planejado após a realização de uma sequência de cursos sobre cortes nobres, ministrados por experts do churrasco, como Bourguignon. A ideia dos organizadores é que o festival entre para o calendário dos grandes eventos da cidade. Para acompanhar as carnes, haverá três tipos de chopp Patagônia (Weiss, Pielsen e Amber Larger), água, refrigerante, vinho tinto, branco e espumante, além de atrações musicais.
