A marca, fundada em 2006 pelos irmãos Tiara e Bibo Kaufmann com a proposta de ser o primeiro fast food de alimentação saudável, faz sucesso com as opções de sucos e sanduíches naturais. Atualmente, a rede conta com 11 lojas próprias – nove em Curitiba e duas em São José dos Pinhais, uma delas no Aeroporto Internacional Afonso Pena.
